Multi-trade company "FOL-EKO" Zacharski Konrad is implementing a project entitled
"Development of a business model for the operation of PW FOL-EKO based on GOZ-transformation assumptions."
The initiative is co-financed by the European Union under the programme European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027.
What do we do?
Rising Strategic business model for the transition towards GOZ, comprising:
- a diagnosis of the company's current state,
- identification of areas where GOZ solutions can be implemented,
- an action plan and implementation schedule with risk assessment,
- organisational, operational and technological recommendations.
Project objective
Precise definition, what process and product changes implement, how to implement them i how to measure resultsso that the GOZ transformation can be successfully implemented and translated into tangible benefits for the company.
